Hello everyone, I hope you’re having a lovely morning, afternoon, or evening! This month was okay. I don’t think I followed my routine very well and definitely fell off toward the end of the month. However, from getting a promotion at work to falling behind and feeling in the major slumps, this month was kinda everywhere.

– A Voice Recital –
I’ve been taking vocal lessons for a little over half a year. Now, I’ve taken them beforehand, but with this teacher, I feel like I’m finally getting somewhere with them. She recently held a ‘Chocolates and Roses Voice Recital’ at her church where her students (about 20-30 total?) sang classical/opera/love songs. I sang “The Lass From the Low Country,” which was actually quite a sad song (and a bit higher of a range than I’m used to), but I actually did pretty well, I think. I was pretty satisfied with how I performed (and my older sister was AMAZING, too), and I just overall really enjoyed the whole recital.
– A Promotion –
WHO GOT A PROMOTION?? CALLIE GOT A PROMOTION!! I’m finally a trainer at my workplace! I’ve been hoping for this for about a year and a half now and, honestly, would have been a trainer a year ago if I didn’t tear my shoulder 😒. However, even after my shoulder was better, it seemed like every possible obstacle was in my way to becoming a trainer. But, here we are! I’m honestly really excited about this, to lead people and teach/help new employees, and I’m hoping co-workers will finally see me with the respect of someone who’s been working there for nearly three years. Yet, this is a big responsibility, and if I’m gonna fulfill it and live up to it, there is a lot that comes with it. I’m a little nervous about all that. Still, I’m hoping that with the training plan (and materials) that a manager gave us, I’m hoping I can raise and teach successful new employees and get them comfortable situated in this workplace.
P.S. I would like to keep where I work private. Although I’ve posted a picture of myself at work (in this post and in past posts), please do not try to guess or research where I work (for the sake of my own privacy and that of my co-workers).
– Literally Nothing Else –
Yeah, literally nothing else happened this month. I kinda fell off my routine toward the end and felt very unproductive, unmotivated, and in the slumps. I work 4 days this week and 3 next week (instead of 5), so I’m hoping that I can start March off correctly and get myself back into a good mindset!
>> Movies & TV Shows Watched <<
Eternals
- action, superhero, science fiction
- first time watching
- it was interesting. It gave very much “group project where you have to make a presentation, but the groupchat was dead, so every slide was different…” It was still good, there were some funny characters, a good plot, but, after my sister and I discussed it, it all felt very rushed, leaving “unfinished” characters or subplots and somethings just needed a bit more closure. I actually filmed my sister, Briana, and I talking about the movie, but am still editing it, however, it should be up on YouTube soon.
Tall Girl 2
- teen, romance, drama
- first time watching
- oh my goodness gracious. Why did they make a second movie?? Yeah, there were some good parts and there were two characters who pretty much carried the whole movie, but why? It just gave “i feel oppressed, literaly just because of my height, but after I gave this fantastic speech (at PROM of all places), I’m an 😍activist😍…” bro come on now. I apologize to everyone who enjoys this movie, sorry for berating it, I’m just not a huge fan 😬

– My Twitch VODS channel –
I created a Twitch streams archive channel on YouTube where people can watch my past streams. Rather than embedding all ten streams or so that I uploaded, I’ll just leave a link to the channel itself!
