Hello everyone, I hope you’re having a lovely morning, afternoon, or evening! I am gluten and lactose intolerant, so I’ve learned I have to get creative when eating and finding foods that my picky appetite enjoys. This doesn’t mean I never have gluten or dairy (I have very little self-control, leading to lots of stomach aches and not-so-fun symptoms). Still, I figured I would share some of my favorite snacks just for anyone else who is gluten-free and/or dairy-free. Enjoy!
